  • All digital product (e-books, workshops, e-magazines etc) sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital downloads once the purchase is complete.

  • Refunds for printed materials are considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • In case of a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support at within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on returning the item and, if eligible, issue a replacement or refund.
